my frame is tweaked, instead of scrapping the bike and getting another im just going to do a ground up rebuild over the winter. new powdercoat on a lot of stuff, new bushings and hardware. motor is in great shape, why squander it? | ||

How is your frame tweaked? I have one that the tail section sub frame is tweaked on,but the rest of the frame seems to be ok.Whats wrong with yours? (Message edited by buellish on September 16, 2011) | ||

Dear The4ork I have a 1998 S1W that needs a belt, rear tire, muffler, primary chain and primary case cover. and speedo repair, which I cannot afford at this time. I would like to sell it as a complete parts bike for $3750.00 I figure the engine and carb is worth $1000.00 Frame $500.00 Front forks and front brake $750.00 Rear suspension and swing arm and brake...$750.00 Both OEM Wheels with tires$500.00 Body plastic $250.00 Plus all the additional items, such as exhaust, starter, battery, bars, controls, etc etc. I have attached some pictures taken this summer. i suspect your whole parts bike is in better shape than my complete bike. at least price wise in my eyes. thanks for the offer! lmk if you part it out tho! i could use a few parts. |
