I need most of the front end parts under the fairing for a 2004 XB12R Firebolt. I need everything pictured here except for the passenger pegs and headlights, and few other misc parts:  Needed: Fairing stay Headlight mount Master Cylinder Right controls Throttle cables Fairing Windscreen ECM (Stock) Left rider peg bracket Primary cover Forks Triple Trees Bars Left side air scoop I'm working on finding all these parts, but would appreciate anyone who has anything to offer to the rebuild. Xtreme - definitely interested. Are they the same color (black frame) as the ones above? Bicycle Bob - also interested in parts - I have a set of mirrors and pegs, but am interested in the other parts. Yes they are. I have both reaer sets the left side is missing the spring, which I see you have an extra on in your pile and the right side peg, the little spike thing is broken off. I also have the brake pedal. All in good condition. Yes they are black. I can take a pic tonight and post it. I will take $65.00 for everything plus shipping. They are alot more expensive on EBAY. Elijah - I appreciate the offer, but Bob had them and had posted first. I'm getting a few other things from him, so it will save on shipping to get them from him. Thanks again - This weekend I'm going to gather up all the parts I've purchased and update this thread with what I still need. The primary cover is the last "big item" that I haven't found yet. Buellster doesn't have one listed, but there's 2 on eBay for over $200. | ||

Ok - quick update. The deal I was working locally on the Forks fell through. So the short list of what I still need is: Forks (that will fit 2004 XB12R) Primary cover Shifter linkage and clamp Right side handlebar switch Throttle Cables Stock headlight mounting bracket Fairing (although the one I have is usable, it's pretty beat up and I would like to replace it.) Send me a PM, I'll be happy to make a deal with someone here rather than going to eBay or paying HD dealership prices. Update - made a deal for the forks and trees, so I'm set on those. Also found a right side handlebar switch. Still needed for the 04 XB12R: Primary cover Shifter linkage and clamp Throttle Cables Stock headlight mounting bracket (black plastic piece between the headlights and the fairing stay) Black Fairing (although the one I have is usable, it's pretty beat up and I would like to replace it.) PM me if you have any of these. Also - I will be headed overseas shortly, but will do my best to get back to you ASAP. I'm hoping to have all these parts waiting for me when I come home on leave... |
