The problem is the way their detect/replace script for sponsors is wrong. It ends up creating a hyper link tag within a hyperlink tag when the sponsor name is at the beginning of the subject line, making the second one (the one you want to click on) useless. The script itself is clearly a hack, but there is a fix. For an 1190, I'll tell you how.
