I maybe have an inch of extra in the sleeves...but I can't say you would be happy with it. The jacket is size 42 and the pants are size 34. Both are basically brand new...the tags are removed but I never wore them. I have another set that I do wear (44/36) and I had purchased the smaller set with a plan to lose some weight...but that never happened.
