Hi all, just seeing if there is any takers or what not , got a 98 S1 Lightning that i bought that was sitting for several years. It has 3,200 miles on it . I paid a guy to get it going and he did all the maintance on it ect.. got it running, but the carb still needs to get adjusted or w/e, i dont have the money to take it to a dealer or shop to get it done or w/e shouldnt take that much money but i dont have it its the ONLY thing wrong with it, it idles great but sputters or has a soft spot at around 3-4k rpm. Looking to trade for a bike that i can ride now because i really want to lol anyways let me know if you have something. p.s. its in South Carolina -Nick | ||

Hey spitworms sorry i havent been on this thread latly , was waiting for my carb to get back from the shop to see how it will run first, but im more interesed in either another buell or some kind of streetfighter type bike, but feel free to send me some pics thanks. again though if my carb comes back good and runs good im going to be keeping my bike because i really do love it with the time i did ride it thanks :P |
