For sale; a $100 Timeserts kit with 2 of the 5 inserts left over. Basically the first guy used 1 insert, sold it to me for $80 and I used 2 inserts to repair both drain holes on my Uly. The inserts you can buy individually, and are cheap. The value is in the kit. This kit contains, drill bit, drill bit guide, tap, tap guide, countersink bit, expansion bit, 2 inserts, instructions and case. Improve both holes and never have to worry about some ham-fisted mechanic stripping out your drain hole(this is what happened to me) or repair your already stripped threads. Cheap insurance.

I'll take it, just to add to the Badweb tool pool for those whom need it.

Any idea of the best source for the new inserts to restock the kit?

That'll be perfect Alex. I'd hate to see this kit go to waste. Administer it anyway you want. I know the Timesert home page, www.timesert.com however, they don't sell the stuff there. I know I've see a site where you can buy the kits and the inserts. Maybe someone else out here knows where this is?
I'll PM you and we can set up the deal. Greg

Check Amazon for the inserts. I just had to fix a couple of holes on a TTR 125, one of them being a spark plug. I just ended up using the good 'ol heli-coil but I thought seriously about the timesert. Anyway, they have a wide offering of the timesert inserts and the price is right.
