I have a spare red one that was going to be on my S3 but I sold the bike. It has some scrapes that can be fixed and repainted but Includes all the mounting hardware. PM if interested.

Surlyn is the injection molded colored plastic used on the later year X1's and all the blasts.

It's not as rigid as the fiberglass painted parts. I've got a spray painted surlyn chin fairing on my bike now.

I got your PM and will reply tomorrow when I am home and can weigh the thing. I'll need to look at again, off the top of my head I think $25 or so plus shipping would be good, but I may need to cut that price depending on the thing's condition.
