The subframe does include the underseat tray but is missing the latching hardware.

I picked up a seat latch assembly for $9 from this guy on ebay who is parting out X1's, and other Buells.

Never knew so many people enjoyed collecting pictures of Buell parts. : ) In other words, after sending out pictures several times I have everything left but the seat. To make things easier for everyone I have included pics here.There is a scratch on the breadbox I had forgotten about until I dug the part out to get a pic for someone.If you send your zip code with the inquiry I can get a shipping estimate quicker.
