I have a NRHS HurricaneFlow Air Cleaner with 3" element and carbon fiber cover that I'd rather sell than let sit unused.

I bought it for a 2000 X1. Used it for about 3 months then sold the bike (but kept this assy thinking maybe I'd use it on something else one day)

NRHS site describes it as follows:
HurricaneFlow Air Cleaner with 3" element and carbon fiber cover
99-02 Buell X1, 99-02 Buell S3/S3T (injected models)
Uses stock carb support bracket

$309.95 New.......I'd sell it for $200.00 plus you pay shipping. This is a nice piece.

What's the difference with carb./fuel injection models? Is there o2 sensor or something?

Yes, I believe the only difference is the air sensor. It plugs into the hole you see on the backing plate.

I suppose you could use it on a carb'd bike and just plug the hole.
