I don't know anywhere that still has it, but the jacket was made by Joe Rocket, and if you want the same thing minus the Buell logos, you can get it at any place that sells Joe Rocket stuff.

The buell adventure gear looked a lot like First Gear stuff... I don't know who made it, but if its that style you want, just get First Gear stuff. Affordable and functional... better made then Joe Rocket, and about the same price if you buy "last years model"...
