Yup. The S2 hugger fits the S1 perfectly. I purchased it for my S1 but the color doesn't work with my black/silver scheme as well as the aftermarket stuff.

Jimmy - do you need one for an S1? I have a black CF (not a greenie) hugger for S1 that I pulled to reinstall a stock hugger with license plate. Excellent condition, "Penske racing shock" diecut vinyl sticker on it that I can remove and polish if you want. If you're interested...trade ya straight up? Let me know, I can send pics...
