Everyone, please use caution when dealing with Bilbao. I bought this tank bag and its missing one of the front straps and the other one is broken. So this is basically useless to me. I've bought other stuff from badwebbers and have had nothing but good luck until now.

I wanted this mostly for the bottom velcro piece so I can move my other bag between bikes. So much for that.

If anybody has any ideas on how I can get a set of the front straps with the plastic buckles please let me know.

I tried to buy it from him but his communication was slow and when responding kind of rude. I feel for your pain. You may want to check an upholstery shop to have something fabricated.

Yup. After googling I've learned that the plastic buckles are called 'side release buckles' and it looks like they can be ordered off the net. I just have to figure out the correct size. And I will be looking locally for them and/or an upholstery shop.

In the end I can make it work and the bag itself is ok but I was really disappointed at first. I just wasn't expecting to have to deal with this crud. Oh well.

Try Joann fabrics for buckles.
