For sale is my 2006 Buell XB12X Ulysses. Bought new in 2006 by me for $10,500 It is black with 14,600 miles. Has full Buell Bags with Buell trunk $1,400.00 http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/produc t.asp?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=2&CategoryID=4&Produ ctID=3130 K&N Intake $65 http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/produc t.asp?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=2&CategoryID=6&Produ ctID=1703 Race ECM $250 This module is no longer available Drummer Exhaust $425 http://www.kdfab.com/drummer%20original.htm Zero Gravity extended smoked windshield $100 http://www.zerogravity-racing.com/sportbikes/buell _sptbks/858.htm Full disclosure in this video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLXdMXWTw4I Total aftermarket parts: $2,190.00 Total Investment: $12,690.00 I just took it for a 150 mile trip March 7th 2010. Bike runs flawlessly. Only issues are pointed out in the video. Here is a list of what I know is not perfect with the bike. Front brake NO LONGER has a bit of a pulse to it. New rotor from American Sport Bike is $170 and Lyndall Gold pads for about $50 bucks. It has the scrape spot on the rear passenger foot area. Has a scratch on the finish of the rim by where the tire hooks on, cosmetic only. Other than that the bike is in great condition. All non-factory stickers will be removed upon sale and bike will be clean and shiny. If you have any questions please reach out to me at: Terrible1One3@gmail.com. Asking $6,000 firm. Located in Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area. (Message edited by terrible1one3 on March 09, 2010) (Message edited by terrible1one3 on March 22, 2010) |

Okoutlaw: Sorry, not looking for a sport bike, looking for a super glide. UPDATE: I replaced the front brake rotor with a new one and put on some Lyndall Gold front pads, the front brakes are now AWESOME and SMOOTH, bike is mint now. Also did a Synthetic Oil change, Fresh Formula + in the Transmission/Primary and a Clutch adjustment. Also removed the drummer, sanded and re-painted it so it is in like new condition. The bike really is sharp at this point and in AWESOME condition. It drives like new again and is up to date 100% on maintenance. |

Malott442 lol... Thanks for the nice words. I had a 04 XB12S which I loved, but comparatively I wouldn't go back to it from a Ulysses personally, I just fell in love with the riding position, foot placement and LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION (oh boy) compared to the Lightning. Reason I am going to a cruiser is because I bought a 02 Corvette to satisfy my speed and cornering fixation, and all the guys I ride with are on import cruisers. I did a 4k mile trip on a superglide and loved it (Michigan to Sturgis and back north of lake superior, and cruising around while we were in Sturgis). I can get medium mileage FXDX's for not much more then I am asking for this so I am hoping to do a roughly even swap soon. I worked at a few Harley dealers in my time and am comfortable working on them, so not to worried about mileage or year. |

Oh yeah, GPS DOES NOT come with the bike unless you want to put money on top of the 6 grand. Thanks, Mike |

I'm putting the SS up for sale Monday, so I guess we'll see how quick it gets picked up. Damn shame I don't have time to sell it this weekend, I'll be in Richmond tomorrow evening. Out of state buyers can drive a bike home with a bill of sale, or not? I don't remember. I drove a bike in 2005 home with just the title and sale, but that was from a dealer. hmmmm...... got the wheels turning now, its either a uly or a r1150rt...... hmmmm I like your bike, just have to see if it gets picked up before I get the $$ straight. |

The title will be signed over. In Ohio, near as I could tell, you have 30 days to get the title and plates transferred, and you can use the plates on the new bike for that period of time. You still have to insure the new bike though. FWIW. I just flew from OH to NC and bought a Uly, and love it. |

Don't mind the "Harley Parking Only" sign. I used his trailer to help move. It's not mine |

Dumb question but... I have an 00 1200 xlc w/14k that looks, rides and sounds right for what it is, thought you might know somebody or something. Is the Uly still available? |

Hey Terribleone3, I noticed you have had the Uly posted on Craigs list for some time and that you live in Bristow. I am not that far from you I live off off Vint Hill Rd near Mayhughs store. I have a 04 Lightning and my brother has a Uly. I'm always looking for people to go riding with. You mentioned you were having problems getting PM's so send me a PM and we will have to get together and go for a ride. You weren't by chance going threw Warrenton VA Sunday afternoon around 5:30pm? |
