penguin its more work then i wanna do at this time with all the things i got goin on...wat kinda shape is the d+d in....the pipe was on another bike for acouple months in great shape....i bought it n never installed it

The second exhaust you pictured is by a company called Ti-Force. Very different indeed, and expensive. And only the slip-on is made of titanium, interestingly enough.
