I'm selling my 2004 Cargomate trailer. Box is 24 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, and about 6.5 feet tall inside. 48" side door with aluminum caddy. Rear ramp door with 4500# capacity. The trailer has electric brakes on both torsion axles, and both axles are rated at over 5000# each. The GVWR is 9990#, just under 10k for reasons to make it "non commercial" in some places.

Interior has a white vinyl ceiling, and the full wall structure is made out of fiberglass. So, the walls inside are white and the exterior is seemless white. Has some insulating capabilities over my previous trailers.

Additionally, I have several aluminum tread plate cabinets inside. I have one long narrow one that I've kept helmets and boots inside with some hooks underneath for hanging leathers. I have three other shorter but longer cabinets for all kinds of other pieces. I have one dual fuel jug caddy, a spare tire mount - with spare, and two tire racks. One of the racks isn't working right now. I would include two Strapless Stands with four floor mounts. Can't guarantee that the axle mounts are right for your bike, but those can be bought directly from Troy at Strapless Stands. There are additional aluminum mounts, S-Track, on the walls to hold rolling tool boxes, awnings, fuel drums, etc.

I've carried six bike in it. When I did that, I didn't have any bikes forward of the wheel wells. Three were between the wheel wells and the other three were in the back. Mopeds and other bikes still can fit in the front area. There is a Pingle front wheel chock in the front. There are four D-ring floor mounts if you wanted to haul a car.

The exterior is trimmed in some nice anodized aluminum and stainless. Roof is aluminum with a single vent.

She tows using a 2 5/16" ball. I will include my weight distribution bar, the weight distribution system AND the second generation dynamic sway control set up. The bars are capable of holding 1200# of tongue weight. That's pretty much a $500 value, and makes towing very safe and comfortable.

It's been a really good trailer for me that I had intended to keep for a very, very long time, but I'm downsizing all kinds of things, so it would be an excellent trailer for you.

For everything, $5000. I might be interested in smaller trailers as a partial trade...5x10 maybe a 6x10, or keeping the weight distribution system too to reduce the price. If you're looking for a bigger trailer, this has been an excellent trailer for me in addition to being well built.

Located South and West of Milwaukee in Eagle, WI. I have pictures at the bottom of my for sale section on my website here... http://team-visionsports.com/forsale.html

PM me for details, questions, more contact information, or to make an offer. Thanks!

Dave

Yeah, have a few things.

Yeah, I do have a few things left.

I have a package of racing bodywork.

I have a stock XB12 muffler. Pretty nice shape. I'd take $80 for that. Don't have that listed anywhere.

I have a Buell Pro Series muffler. I'll take $360 for that. Pictures on my site.

And I have a cryogenically treated front brake rotor. $90.

Slipper clutch and the Hal's swingarm conversion package are spoken for.

Will the rotor fit an 06 Uly? And what's the deal with the cryo treatment? Sorry, first I've heard of it...

I'm not a parts guru, but I think all the XB series bikes and the 1125's share the same brake rotor in their braking system, ZTL or ZTL2.

Cryo treatment of brake rotors is just something I started doing to my race bike stuff about ten years ago. Gave me better long term performance and durability against issues of heat over time. Pulled up some info from a website that might be better at information that my short blurb.
http://www.cryogenicsinternational.com/rotors.htm

This rotor was the one that came off the bike that I bought as a salvaged bike to race. The rotor was in good condition with 3500 street miles on it before I had it treated, and it was going to be the rotor on my rain wheels while my dry racing was going to be done on a thicker Buell racing rotor. Make an offer.

How nice is the stock muffler? I dented mine (stupid curb) and wouldn't mind having a dent free one.

LOL! I didn't use a dually to tow the trailer. Doesn't look like I had much choice on the piggy back...

I've sold one of the Strapless Stands, so I'll adjust the price down to $4700 or make me an offer.
