New,never had an ass on it Buell custom pillion 52309-02Y.I took it out of the bag and fitted it on my CR.Decided to stick with the stocker.Passenger only.$100

just about did the same thing. i don't ever see the wife getting on the back of the bolt anyhow. wouldn't mind having a better touring seat for it.

i take it you never found a trade for the cr or did you.

Does the pillion cover fit over it with the touring seat on it?

My CR is still here.I've hardly touched it since late October.I drug it out on Thanksgiving so my brother could give it a try,then on Christmas so my other brother could ride it.I just havn't been around much to mess with it.I think it's showing a hair over 500 miles now.I tried to get my dad to ride it,but he said it had too much plastic for him.

Vic,I'm pretty sure it will be a tight fit.I think it will go though.I'll try to drag it out and give it a try.Maybe someone can step in and answer that question.

i thought about trading you my 09 12r when you were heading for n.c. i like it but not really my style of riding.

The rear seat cowl (plastic) does not fit over the Touring Pillion. It will fit over the smaller "Custom Pillion" but it is really not a comfort upgrade for the passenger.

The plastic cover fits the Buell Custom seat tighter than Dick's hatband,but it fits.
