I have an 03 Firebolt and was considering doing an S bar setup. Does anybody have the parts needed: Top Triple Clamp; Throttle, Clutch and Brake Lines? Or better anyone want an R setup on their S and we can trade. I think 03 has to be 03 by the way. I'm pretty sure the forks are larger after 03. | ||

The upper triple will interchange with any other XB...except the newest Uly. The fork diameter change affects the lower triple. | ||

I have an 05 S and would be interested in trading. I was going to do clubman bars, but this would work too. I tried searching to no avail. Anybody have a link or details about the conversion? Do the R triple clamp and bars have any issues with the S flyscreen? Looking at these pictures it doesn't look like a 'handlebar conversion' is even possible. Looks like it'd need to include the fairing to work at all.   | ||

It is so weird. I was about to post about the same thing yesterday. I have an 03 firebolt that i want to change the front-end on. I like the upright position better. I don't mean to jack your thread but i feel weird about starting another one on the same topic. | ||

Mike, you have to notch out the corners of the cowl. There were a couple threads up about 6 weeks ago. | ||

I have a couple cowls that were pre-notched (bought on here) that I might consider selling. They need to be finish trimmed and painted. There is a chip on one, but they can be fixed to look perfect. That being said, I have an S front end that I'll trade for someone's R front end. I need black bodywork. | ||
