I'm selling my black 2000 Buell Blast. A pic is attached. It is mechanically sound and cosmetically clean for a 10-year-old bike. It has never (to my knowledge) been down under speed, though my son did drop it, at a virtual standstill, while I was teaching him to ride. I would rate its condition at a 7 or 8.

I am aware of two (possibly related) issues. First, the DMV tells me that the odometer reading is not correct --- possible evidence that it was replaced? And second, the neutral indicator stays on continuously --- again, possible evidence that the instrument cluster was reinstalled. All other functions (speed, odo, turn signals, warning lights, etc.) are functional.

I'm asking $2000 obo. I will include the owner's manual and shop manual. If I get my asking price, I will include a Shift "Avenger" textile jacket (medium, in red and black) and a Scorpion EXO-700 helmet ("Burst" style in red and black); however, I will not include the helmet and jacket at any lower price.

I am located in Riverside CA. I have the pink slip (clean title) in hand.
