All parts necessary to do an XB R tail conversion on your XB S, including the rear seat cover. You get the subframe, undertail, plastics, etc. I'll include a CD with pics taken of when I converted mine. Below are pictures of all the parts on my bike. Also included but not in the picture are a license plate bracket and related parts. All parts shipped to you in the continental U.S. for for $430/best offer. Will not separate. Will consider a partial trade for a 2007+ Hero Blue airbox cover *without* the X-guard in similar condition and/or a Buell Select Seat.

That really looks nice. Now, if it was only color matched. I'm not real familiar with the XB's. Was it a direct bolt up for the subframe or were there modifications made?

My original plan was to keep the red wheels, white tail, and go with blue airbox cover and flyscreen for a red/white/blue scheme. It looks awesome, but I don't think the seat is as comfortable for long roadtrips, so that's why I swapped back.
Everything was a direct bolt up. The only things I modified were the undertail tray (made a cut to allow the wiring harness and shock reservoir to pass through), I partially unwrapped part of the wiring harness, and I extended the wires for the tail light a few inches. The undertail tray included in this is already cut.
