Would this fit on an '06 12Ss without replacing cables? I searched but can't find anything about the rise and pullback differences between handlebars.

The bar is still in the box. I can get a few dimensions, for you.

Will these bars fit my 04 XB12S without having to replace my cables? Will these bars give me a more up right riding position compared to the stock bars that are currently on my bike?

Gater they are the exact same as your stock bar except for the look. They use the same cables, because the positioning is the exact same.
