Need lifters, and the mechanism from the tranny that has the shaft that comes out through the primary cover. Don't know what the tranny part is called, but on the inside side of the shaft is a steel plate and a couple of hooks with springs on them that grab onto the dowels on the shift drum and rotate it. Hopefully someone knows wtf I'm talking about and has parts available  | ||

PK, I believe you're talking about the shifter pawl, or the shifter arm, depending on which you need. Which part of it do you need? I just replaced the spring on my Dad's shifter pawl in his FXD and it fixed the shifting issues. | ||
