Ross, you're up. From the pictures that Hank sent me, there is a flat spot where the scratches are on the rear down pipe. Also the mounting bracket is homemade. It is two tabs welded onto a piece of steel and then welded onto the pipe. It looks like it is stainless steel because there is no rust. The Tig weld job looks pretty decent, but the tabs could have been cut out a little bit more symmetrical.

But it is an early tuber race pipe in usable condition, and I think it is worth the price. I was hoping that there wasn't a flat spot so I could sand out the scratches. Besides, I haven't even mounted the Force pipe that I got from you Ross yet.

Take that thing to an auto body guy, have him tack a stud to the dent, pull er out, grind and sand smooth, polish the pipe and she'll look better than new for next to no money and a few hours of your time!

Very sorry but I have to back out. Just got surprised with closing costs on my house that are considerably higher than I had figured.

Looks like a great deal on a VERY hard to find part, but I can't spend the money right now.
