Cases are 6 months old and were used twice when my girlfriend and I made weekend trips up the coast. Cases are in perfect condition and show no signs of wear other than 2 small marks on one case. The brackets are also in new condition since I removed them and stored them as well. You wouldn't gain anything by buying these brand new. Here's your chance to get these bags for MUCH less than if you did buy them new. $700 takes them. Buyer pays actual shipping charges.
