had no luck in the WTB area so I thought I'd just post here since more people frequent the bikes for sale ads... Looking for: Any tube frame buell 1200 Damage/minor wreck/ugly - all ok! The cheaper and closer to IL the better! Why? I have a set of inverted front forks, nuke blue frame, and a set of XB wheels, and a red body set sitting in my garage from a 96 S1... Anyone have a bike I can combine wiht my parts to make a better buell? | ||

I have a 99 X1 frame that has some damaged tubes on the left side. I would consider it useable if you checked it for straightness. All I have is a bill of sale, but I was told it has a clean VIN. If you want it you can have it. I paid too much for it and it wasn't what I was told it was. I am heading to Rockford this weekend from southwestern Wisconsin... if you are in the area, I could drop it off. | ||

Perhaps I should rephrase this... I'm looking for a complete bike just don't care about body damage or an ugly colored frame or what not becuase I already have a frame and body work. I'm mainly wanting it for the motor/tranny/electronics/and other hardware... Thanks for the offers though | ||
