Don't have much to spend but want something that runs. I don't care if its scratched up, has rust, or been dropped or what not. Just as long as it runs good and straight. Prefer S1's or X1's but anything will do. Cheaper the better. Closer to IL the better! | ||

Cheaper the better. "Cheap" and "Harley" don't go in the same sentence... You might want to look for an early M2, they go in running shape for 2500 these days... If it's been wrecked it might have unseen major damage to the frame/motor/trans/isolators/bearings/etc that will cost you way more to fix than you'll ever get from a previously wrecked bike. These aren't jap bikes that you can straighten out with a hammer and keep on crashin.... Just my .01. | ||

I understand that, and in my opinion anything under $3000 is cheap, I don't believe thats too much to ask for, our bikes don't exactly hold thier value or have the greatest resale value... | ||

I think I have exactly what you are looking for. A 97' cyclone with all the lightning engine upgrades. Corbin seat, S1 style dash with tach. Manta tank. I'd like to get $3000, but I'll negotiate. | ||
