The bike is 10 out of 10 and worth much more than he is asking. Charlie is a Buell fanatic and he takes AMAZING care of what he owns. Personally, I would have kept your deposit until another buyer came around. If I got less for the bike I'd deduct the difference from your deposit and refund it back to you. If I got the same or more I'd send it all back to you.
