I *think* Direct Link can do more, but again, I've never used ECM spy. The key is $199 from American Sport Bike. The biggest advantage is that you can buy a map from American Sport Bike for your bike with just about any muffler for the XBs tuned to run perfectly for $100 - you'll spend way more than that in dyno time trying to tune yourself. I got the map from them for the Spec Ops pipe and it ran beautifly with no worries on my end of if the map was right.
