#1 I had the spare cash
#2 it was not any taller then my "low" seat.

P.S. have you ever sat on a low seat? how does this one compare?
It looks like it curves a little better then the XB9SL (low) seat does, which could mean my thighs could be closer together, which would actually make me flat foot easier (or in my case, closer to flat footing)

i have a stock 03xb9s seat, and i sit about the same on it. and yes my thighs are alot closer to the frame when i ride with the corbin seat.

Does the buell tailbag fit on a corbin? How does this compare to a Select seat? I like the way it looks a lot.

Bump for a great seat.
I just picked up one of these locally off of craigslist. I have an XB9S with the low seat and I have to say the Corbin is just fantastic. It did add quite a bit of height. Not a problem for me but something to consider if you have a Low and are still not flat footing. For me its a great fit. I love it.
