I’m selling this OEM first-generation S2 header with two D&D cans to try to get a stock unit for my M2. One of the cans isn’t packed and is in rough shape. The other looks fine, though I never had it mounted on my bike. The header has one dimple-sized ding, but looks ok otherwise. It would be mounted on my ’97 M2 if I hadn’t run into snags… I have never mounted this stuff on my bike. I got all this stuff together with the help of some kind folks on the board, then discovered that I needed to get a Z bracket and bushing. At that point I decided to just look for another OEM S1 / M2 header and mount the Vance & Hines I originally got for the bike. (I’ve been told it’s much more quiet.) (Right now I have a Force pipe that seems destined to shake itself apart.) I know where I can get a header for $190, but if I get $150 for this stuff (plus shipping), I’ll be pretty happy. I’d also be THRILLED – just THRILLED, I tell you – to trade all of this for a stock header that would work. All the dude wants is a bike that won’t kill his remaining hearing.
