Forgot to put the kickstand up as I was backing out of the driveway. Now need a new a airbox cover for my 1998 S3T.

It's the factory Heimholtz airbox cover. The big black bread basket looking thing that sticks off the right hand side of the bike. : )

It's black with white letters on the tank. Why do you ask, are you interested in buying it? It's for sale! : )

I don't post over here a lot so I'm sorry if you're past this but as far as I know all tube frame Buell's (Thunderbolt, Lightening, M2) have black airbox covers from the factory.

I think the newer ones (XB) have color matched airbox covers.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Oh, and let me know if you have an airbox cover that will work! : )

Iv got a complete black one from a 1999 s3..Not sure if thats the same tho as its got DDFI...Hb

its the same. the S3T has holes drilled for the lower, otherwise all the S3 covers were the same.
