As the title states. Its a spec ops muffler with the functional exhaust valve. The pipe sounds great, but its still just too loud for my neighborhood. I took this in trade so I am not sure what they are worth, the pipe is in great condition. Make me offers, or preferably will take any cool Uly parts in trade. Maybe some PIAA's, deluxe tank bag, spare parts, body parts, Cee Baileys screen and the list goes on. Let me know what ya got! Thanks, Chris | ||

It is a lot throatier than a Jardine. I really think its the best sounding muffler out on the market and I have owned D&D, Jardine, and a Race can. Let me find out what these things cost new and I will go from there. I was really looking to trade for some stuff, but it really all works out the same in the end. | ||

Sfinton, Thanks for the link. As for selling it outright. I think 275 seems fair (shipping extra). They sell for 330 from the website if you dont have a core plus shipping. Brian, I am guessing shipping would be about 30 bucks. Jeff, I still have it mounted on my bike so if you would like to hear it let me know. I also live quite a bit closer to you now (Oshkosh). I am still really interested in getting some trades personally. Just about anything that will work on a Uly I am looking for. I just always feel that people come out better on trades (on both sides). | ||

I would trade for the Buell Race Muffler, but it wont work on your 9. Besides that race muffler you have is in excellent shape, you could throw that bad boy on ebay and put a whole micron exhaust on your bike for what the muffler would sell for. The 12 has the exhaust valve so they aren't compatible unless you found a way to just keep the valve open at all times but I wouldn't really suggest that. | ||

Odizzyus, I took it in trade from a fellow badwebber. Judging by the condition of the pipe I dont think there has been a whole lot of miles on it, but I dont know an exact figure either. I do have paypal, you are third in line for selling it outright. I will let you know. | ||

Jeff, I think it could work for your 9. I think as long as you could wire the exhaust valve open permanently that it would work. I am not for sure on this though. | ||

I have a jardine system that is a little quieter than that, i'd like to trade. the jardine only has about 4000 miles on it. | ||

Odizzyus- You can only call me Mr. Rogers if you're from my neighborhood!  I am still waiting to hear from the first two in line. Personally I really dont want to take the time and hassle to ship the pipe I would much rather do a local deal or trade. Now if you want to maybe bribe me with a deluxe tank bag, 2" bar risers and the touratech spoilers for the uly handguards or maybe the bash guards I wouldnt complain as much about shipping. See the problem is, is if dear old wifey sees money in the account it vanishes before I can buy parts. So a "trade" is preferable. Or a local deal where I can get the cash in hand and run to my dealership! Bartimus-Thanks for the offer but I really dont need another exhaust just laying around.
