What good is selling a light up sign if it doesn't even light up? 1 sign is totally fried and just make a buzzing noise from a transformer. The other only 1 light works. You can CLEARLY see that they are fried and worthless.  Yea wow, the left one works..  | ||

Had both working on my walls. The metzeler was always brighter than the pirelli, but both worked fine. Are you saying one was missing a bulb? If its not working and it was when it was shipped then we can pursue insurance. What did you end up paying 30 for both signs? I believe the buyer is the one that needs to start the file for insurance. | ||

No it has all the bulbs, only 3 work as ive swapped and tested with the only 1 transformer that works. Are you telling me that the brown burn spots on all 3 of the non working bulbs, happened while shipped? Like they plugged them in and they burnt out, then delivered? http://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/express/fa q/claims.html#0 Says to keep the merchandise so FedEx can inspect it. They're going to see the fried marks (pictured above) and deny that without hesitation. I paid $145 for signs and bags, and $30 of it was for shipping the heavy signs. | ||

They were plugged right before they were sotred on a shelf and they worked then. They have been sitting unplugged for about 6 months. Possible they blew when you plugged them in. Did it smell funny when you plugged it in? Did you notice there is a switch to turn it on? Try to contact FedEx. I paid out the ass to ship and package them, just about 50 dollars. If my math is right you ended up getting the signs for free since I miscalculated shipping. However, based on my quote you had paid 20 for both the signs (which had cost me 30 each when i bought them). Is that what you will be claiming for insurance? | ||

I plugged them in without the cover on one of them, it already was burnt. the 2nd the left side lit up so i took the cover off if it. You can wipe your finger over the very large smoke marks and it don't wipe off. This happened awhile ago, and can tell. Im not some zit faced 20 year old, im almost 40 years old and know how to use electronics quite well. I like how you keep working at their value is nothing, i shouldn't complain cause i got them for just about free. It would been $50 less for me not to get them, not quit nothing. 1st of all, the bags were down to $80, and those wouldn't cost more than $7 to ship. 2nd, you emailed me with tracking number saying that shipping ended up $25 + 8 for packing. The box is a used box from Philadelphia with an old shipping sticker on it with 1 3x2 strip of bubble wrap, nothing else. Hardly a fed ex/or mailbox express company box that cost $8. 3rd of all, your 1st email said they would be shipped out within 24hrs of payment, and they didn't leave until 6 days later because your "dog hurt herself" according to another email. Fed ex didn't burn them out, or damage these in any way. They actually put a bag over the box in cased it rained. This was done a long time ago. Im not going to file with Fedex, just to have them deny my claim when they will clearly see it was previous issue. If i file with anybody, it will be with Paypal. | ||

First, took everything into mailboxes express. They packed it. Those places often use old boxes, but still charge you for packing. Second bags would have cost at least 15 to ship. Third, paypal will do nothing for the issue. They don't cover not as described, they cover not shipped (which I have tracking info for). Not trying to be a dick, but you're wasting your time. I lit these signs up and they worked. They were taken off a wall and stacked on top of eachother until they were shipped out. They worked when they were plugged in last. Now they don't and it looks like there are burn marks on them (which doesn't ususally wipe off no matter how fresh it is). Waht do you want done? You wnt to go to radio shack and get parts? You can't buy these anywhere else. | ||

I call BS, no post office place uses used boxes with another company logos, their logo tape and previous shipping stickers on it still. Ever since i sent you the money, all ive gotten was lies. Lies on when you'll ship, lies in this post on how much it cost to ship ,lies that they even work, and you yourself said they worked 6 months ago when you unplugged them. Yet you never tried since you stacked them up 6 months ago. So you have no proof they even worked before you sent out last week. Ive shipped over 120 items on ebay, i have 100% feedback, i know how much stuff costs to ship. I also know how to do a dispute on paypal, no need to tell me what you think they will or wont do. Right from their site "Item significantly not as described: You received an item that was significantly different than the seller's description" Now if they resolve it or not is different issue, but at least while your accounts locked during dispute, you wont be accepting money for anything else your selling. So You can sit there and blow air up my ass all you want. Everybody here can tell that these were burnt, and these pics are how i received them. These are trash, worthless to me since they are not as you said they were. Im not going to go to radio shack or some other place and spend $20 or more to fix what should be already working. I already paid $45-50 extra for this crap, and thats what i want back. And if you want them back, ill be more than happy to put them back in the same box. | ||

Check the ship from address, it will come back to a mailboxes express. Call them and ask if it was packaged or if they packaged it. I told you it was too little for shipping and then covered the extra shipping charges myself. I was going to offer to cover your cost to put a new light in there if you could spend the 5 minuts putting them in (you could have installed LEDs or whatever). You calling me a lair? You can suck a dick and stop communicating with me because I'm done with you. | ||

I;ve read the whole post from the beginning and Pascarosa you really have some nerve. You should refund VTwinracing all his money back. This sort of thing happened to me and I contacted Paypal and they refunded all my money back, I just had to send the seller his items back. Then paypal takes the money from the seller. | ||

I have every email you sent, with every BS lie including how much you said you paid for everything (thats different from what you've said in here) Ive got the email that you said you'd ship out in 24hrs, then the email 6 days later that your dog was injured (talk about lame excuses), your own words in here that you never even tried them to see if they worked before you shipped, only they worked 6 months ago. Wow...first off, who the hell r u peppwaves? This is none of your business what so ever. Must be the compliance officer in ya. I got a run down El Camino in my back yard with no tag or title. Come slap a sticker on it. This is Pasca and Vtwins dispute. Second...just like people, animals get sick/hurt. My pit is gimping around on three legs and has a vet appointment tomorrow. If it wasn't for my dog being hurt I would have bought the damn signs. I've wanted them the day I saw the post. And I've continued to follow it in case a sale fell through. Shit happens. I seriously doubt that Joe would sell garbage. Especially knowing Paypal would bite his ass for it. From building Broadcast and A/V systems for the past ten years...shit does get damaged in shipping, that's what insurance is for. | ||
