Basically new condition. Only blemishes are a few minor scratches on the inside of the bars where I had my bar end mirrors mounted. Includes instructions and all hardware. Also included is a Buell 'Traction' grip throttle grip/tube (I had to cut the other one off the bar to remove it). $200 (including shipping to lower 48).
