$3000

Bought this bike from Mid-America HD in April 2007. It has 3564 miles. I bought the bike with the low profile seat. Some people think the low profile isn't as comfortable as the tall one - I have ridden this bike about 6 hours from Omaha, NE to Springfield, MO and didn't have any problems with comfort.

A Vance & Hines SSR2 full exhaust has been installed as well as K&N filter. I have a Dynojet kit but haven't installed it yet. The jet kit will go with the bike, and needs to be installed to improve the low end.

Now for damage - I can't locate the cable to upload my cybershot photos but will describe all damage in detail. The bike has never been dropped while moving. Someone knocked it over in a parking lot once which scraped up the left side of the tank cover just under the Buell sticker, as well as a small scrape on the left side of the flyscreen. Neither is noticeable from a distance.

The vibration from this thumper engine rattled the rear mounting points loose on the V&H muffler. The muffler is still securely attached but causes an annoying rattle sound at idle. When you're moving the rattle goes away. I have asked around and done as much research as I can, and have never found a way to prevent or fix this problem. It's just the nature of a 500cc single cylinder.

There are rub marks next to both pegs from my riding boots. Also I was carrying a passenger helmet clipped in under the seat on that trip to springfield, which put another rub mark in the paint to the right side of the seat.

I performed oil changes using HD 20/50 synthetic at 500, 1000, and 3000 miles.
The bike has been kept in my basement and started once a month since September 2007.

$3000
