Yeah, I put these on my bike the beginning of last season, and I love them. No vibrations, nice and solid. Good construction too. Sure can't beat the price.

i wouldn't worry too much there bake. i installed mine last spring, rode all season last year around 4500 miles and never had to re-tighten anything. i didn't use loctite either. they are better than you think they are.

Oh they look like a quality product but that bike is worse than a paint shaker, I usually go through a set of mirrors a season! Think I am going to try a set.

put these on my x1 9 months ago
they are real steady
they have come loose a couple of times though
but compared to the crg @ $100 each
these are a great buy!

if you mill (or saw, grind, etc) the open end of the clamp out to the smaller dia. of the ball socket, you can swing them out of the way in close quarters and not loose any clamping force.
they do break when you fall down though : )

and 100 dollar crg's don't? that's kinda the point of the less expensive option.

can't go wrong with them for 35 bucks!
i'm pretty happy with them. i specially like the convex glass. it's a nice feature.

good tip Fuzzy! i'll give it a try. if i f it up, i'll just pick up another set.
