Looks like a Buell Select seat to me.
51890-00y black piping
51892-00y blue piping
51893-00y orange piping
51894-00y yellow piping
51895-00y red piping
51896-00y onyx piping

The one with black is only showing at one dealer in each of the following states: IL, OH, TX. Obsolete part, not available to order. If you're interested I can run the other numbers and try to locate one for you.

Sorry Ratbuell, I don't have a part number. I've since read elsewhere on the sit that Buell stopped carrying the S3 seats a number of years ago. Thanks anyway.
