You might want to rephrase your statement about how rare your X1 is. You state they made 250 right? There were only 50 RR1000s ever made. I think they are the rarest limited edition Buells ever made. RSS1200s are quite rare as well. | ||

Dan, I think he qualified his statement with the "limited edition", as in Limited Edition for part of the name/model sequence w/options. Lornce, That bike would probably sell easier if you got rid of the green oil filter. replace it with either a black or chrome one, black would look better. And considering the history of that paint (if I recall your story of the bike correctly) I would definitely repost the pics after you do change the filter. Sometimes it doesn't take much to turn a buyer either on or off. Just a thought. | ||

Well dan, since you took those X1 Carbon Fiber Extreme body pieces on ebay, you will probably not need the real deal :-) ( now I am messing with you ), but I will take what I can get, really. Any serious offer will be considered. I know unlike a HD a Buell is no investment, but I had and do have fun on the bike, so I will give it up for whoever has enough sense to take it. I did buy the tank cover and chin spoiler on e-bay about 1 1/2 years ago but they are the standard black/grey CF not the blue. I then bought a CF fender from Tat, Tank accents from NCBueller and a undertail kit from Alan. Plus a few odds and ends to complete the bike in all CF. | ||
