I'm looking for a select seat for a 2000 S3 if anyone has one they want to sell or knows where I can purchase a new one--I can't seem to find one.
Prefer red piping.
Thanks.

Best bet is to keep an eye on e-bay, there may be one listed right now (New ones are pretty scarce, dealer's won't have them anymore I don't think)

Double check the part number on this auction, listed for a Thunderbolt http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem =&item=220048957244&rd=1,1 - but it appears to be for an M2

The select seat is a Buell made 'custom' seat .. piping, pegasus logos on it .. kinda like a cross between stock and a Corbin

Hey Brian,
Thanks for the link...I'm not sure if that's my seat or not. I don't think it is as the front "wings" should come down further but I'm going to do some digging w/ the PN and see.
Garrett, I'm looking for an upgrade from the stock seat. I appreciate the offer.

Part number you need for the red trimmed seat is 51949-01YYM
All the seats will be the same 51949-01 with different letters at the end for the different colors.
I did a search and no dealers in the US have this seat in stock.

I have a corbin seat for sale. It has Molton Orange piping and came off my '99 S3T. Excellent shape, about 2M miles on it. Just starting to get broken it.

bienhoabob@hotmail.com if interested.
