It comes with installation instructions,straps and a rain cover.It has a map pocket and is expandable$50 shipped in the lower 48. The other is the Boundary S1 or M2 bag.It is also new and comes with instructions and straps,but no rain cover.It has a map pocket and is expandable.$40 shipped in the lower 48.
