V&H is too loud??..damn must be pretty strict. Can't help you with that, I have an extra V&H can, and a couple of Bulletts. Just the muffler? I have some parts that I can loan you just to get by the inspection. BTW I was stationed there too. Very strict inspection. I had to change back to stock exhaust, and use a Japanese headlight (since they drive on the wring side) every inspection. This is loan not sell I may need them again for the same thing. Frodo
