Hi All.
Well, sadly the time has come for me to sell my bike.

It is 2000 S3.
Black with black frame.
Bone stock.
Only Mod is an upgraded shifter lever. I changed it to the 2001 style to improve the feel and action.
27000 Miles.
This is THE FIRST 2000 Buell made. Well it's the first S3, anyway. They may have made another model first...
The first 13000 miles of it's life it was a factory demo bike. I seriously doubt that it got 13k by riding around in parking lots, so I'm guessing that this was a bike that was loaned out to magazines and whoever for testing. I am the first titled owner, and I bought it "new" in January of 2002 from a local dealer that bought a bunch of demo bikes from Buell.
It's a good running bike overall, and all recalls have been done, including the shock.
I'm not aware of any major mechanical issues. It has a slight oil seep where the clutch cable exits the cover. It should be fixed within the next week or so. Other than that, It's mechanically sound.
Tires are fair. probably 1000mi left on the front, rear a bit more.
Cosmetically the bike is Fair. The tank paint has started to craze for some reason (see pic). It has a few scuffs, scratches, and nicks.
Comes with a tank bra (not installed) and service manual.
It's almost due for service, so I'll be changing engine and primary oils pretty soon here.

I want to offer it to the buell people here before It goes on E-bay.

I'm asking $4900 OBO. I know it's high for the condition and mileage of the bike, But i figure it should be a collectible. I hope. Make me an offer if you're interested.

Sorry, the pics were too big to upload, and I don't have a program to re-size...

The bike is on e-bay now. I'd really like to see it go to someone from here...
