i need (another) set of XB rocker covers for my sportster! THe buell ones are set to go on! anyone got a set they can part with? condition doesnt matter, im gonna powdercoat them black...

will the sportster rockers fit, are the the same? whats the finish on them? rough, smooth or chrome?

can rocker box covers be changed with engine still in the bike? How much are these rb covers worth?

Yes, you can change the RB covers with the motor in the frame.
However, depending on the tuber model, you may have to relieve the left front corner edge with a file to get it to drop over the the inner allen bolt.
No big deal as you can't even see it when it's on the bike.

If memory serves, I paid about $115 for all the parts including allen button head bolts for the old breather bolts.
This included the covers, button head bolts, grommets and PCV valve's.

do you think you can use the XB rockers on a 94 sportster?... thats what i was hoping to use them for...
anyone have any experience with it?
