Silly me, but doesn't that bike list for $8,500?

I'm missing something.

I would expect to get a brand new bike for my wife - light and sporty, low miles, only 2 owners, headlamp upgrade, never been dropped, ........

You probably can....but may have to throw in a couple bucks.

Sounds like a good trade.

Last year I got a bike for my wife but I am starting to miss her.

Mine is an old classic...ridden hard, but still fun!

Being an old classic, it is not as sporty, but still fun to ride. Oh yes, I am the third owner!

Any takers for a newer model?

I'll bite, but that means you have to take mine.LOL
Throttle is stuck wide open so the noise will get to ya after a while! Probably ready for a new set of shocks also
Motor and tranny are in great shape though. Brakes hardly ever used. Boy I could go on & on

U4...checked your profile...noticed yours has a modified airbox. Does that mean it has more holes?

Well, judging by the picture on your profile, and the info you have provided, the one airbox should be more than sufficient...provide plenty of speed! However, I hope the heads are ported for more intake!

Sounds like a test ride is in order so I can take her for a spin...need to check out those shocks too!
