I have the above title mentioned. There're 8225 miles on the O.D. Its never been down and the Paint is still beautiful!! I'm presently risiding in Arizona. Currently I don't have a Header & pipe, Grips and Mirrors.

The newest parts I have purchased are tires (stock size Michelins with less then 200 miles front and back), New front rotor so it doesn't rattle like crazy (Nice and tight now. Here are the other mods.

Custom upholstered Seat (red) with lightning stitch, Stage 3 Carb kit, Metmachex Alum. Swing Arm, PM rear brakes, Steel Braided front and back brake lines, Thunderpipe intake, Carbon Fiber-lower belt guard, windscreen, heat shield, air filter cover, American Sport Bike} Billet Rear Set, I may have forgotten a few.

This bike is beautiful!! Whenever or wherever I ride it I always get compliments and get a thumbs up from people.

You can email me at hdsupercrewf150@yahoo.com or if you're really serious you can call me at 805-431-3791.

Sorry about the bad pics. After sizing them down they look like crap. I'll try to get better ones up later.

Your pictures are fine. Nice looking bike. What's with the "no header or muffler"? Nothing even to get by with to ride it home?

I had a stainless steel custom header made from scratch. It cracked in a couple places. Well actually it broke off where one of the bolts bolt onto the second pipe that goes to the muffler and where it bolts to the engine. I was going to have it welded but I'm not sure how long it'll last. Could be me but finding a good stainless welder is hard to find. I do have the muffler which is a Vance and Hines Carbon fiber muffler. I put in the wanted ads for a header and exhaust. I may have found one so that may be solved.

Send me a picture or 2 of whatever is broken. Be more than happy to heli-arc it for you. Shouldn't be a problem welding SS whatsoever. Know what kind of SS it is? Might look through the archives and see what Aaron Wilson came up with to solve his muffler breaking problem, maybe it applies to yours. I've had a V&H on my 98 for years and it's never broken. It's not the carbon fiber one however.

Thanks Sokedaddy. I'm not sure what kind of SS it is but I'll get pics and send it to you or post them up. The muffler didn't break. It was where the bolt hole on the flange where the 2 parts of the header meet and bolts together. The part where the bolt goes through broke from the stress. Not real big but a hard weld because the pipe goes in the flange there. The second part is where the header bolts to the bottom primary. It broke off there. Not a hard weld on that part. This was custom made back in 2000. The header actually goes under the frame then outside. Pretty cool. I'll find the pic and post it.

Like I said, put together some pictures, close-ups, if you can. I'm sure Blake can offer some of his engineering expertice/suggestions to solve the problem.

Hey,
What is the black item below the swingarm that looks like it attached to the shock mount?
