Author Message   T_rush Posted on Friday, July 01, 2016 - 06:47 pm:        seems like the relay or over voltage fuse gets hot and clicks off....then after a few seconds cools and everything turns back on and the bike can be started again but it's the small black module that connects the battery to system power and voltage regulator? ...so it seems to be just doing its job, as the short wire going to the battery(from it) gets pretty warm/hot too so is the voltage regulator just over volting the system/battery? )do I need a new voltage regulator? everything else seems to be working on the bike(except for the carb~intake boot, which keeps coming off...so DasBoot replacement there but here is a photo of the little guy that clicks off when too hot(after 5min riding) kills all the power, then clicks back on
