I've finally got some time coming this week to replace the CV jet with the new one I got from HD, to hopefully let the bike work a bit more smoothly. However I pulled the air filter cover off yesterday to try to see what I need to do and couldn't figure out where the new piece goes.

Anyone have any links to pictures or diagrams of the carb so I can get an idea of what I'm looking at doing before I ruin everything by just taking things apart?

Everything you need to know is right here:

Use only NEW or GOOD quality screwdrivers. Strip the heads on any carb screws and it will land you in a world of trouble (and it's not hard to do with worn or poor quality tools).
Please ask again if you don't find what you need.
