TP and stang - stang did the smooth shift drum and TP did the whole Baker 6 speed thing - both did it themselves - too expensive otherwise.

There's a Baker tranny that will fit a Blast? I thought only the drum fits?

I know that, what they say and what will work are 2 different things - Terry took a Baker 6 speed ment for an M2 year 2000 and threw it right into the Blast - perfect fit - differences - only a trap door - lucky stiff M2 riders. You can bet that most Tuber riders are using a lot of Blast parts when it comes to tranny and mounts - lol

So can I deduct from what you are saying that the 5 speed Baker will fit a Blast?

So from looking at those pictures, the trap comes on it, then to make it fit, just remove the trap door and install into Blast.... righto?

Yes - it helps to have the motor totally torn apart.
