Maggie put 55,000 on hers, so even though I'm looking at a major repair, I think then I can consider 10,800 miles to still be fairly low....?

@Cgent, get this- I rounded mine down from 10,845!

Cripe, I will have put as much money into the P3 this year as what Paid for it, $2250, what with this tranny repair, new tires, luggage rack system, new front pegs, two reflectors, K&N, belt I bought early, rear wheel, new carb needle install.... and I only rode it for about 9 weeks in 2013 so far.

There is Ventura-MCA, totally genius bag system. Those bags do not slop. The system works like this: for each model of bike, there is a custom made lower bracket that attaches to that particular model of bike, there is then a family of upper brackets and bags that are interchangeable. I have a number of things from them already. The Blast will hold two of their big bags, and with those you can carry plenty enough for a long trip.

Lol, yeah I wanted the needle out of the way so I figured I'd have to be moving. It was also at night so I had to do this on a side street. Erik, I tried to load pic from photobucket from the Mac. Will have to try directly from phone next time. How's JJ doing?

As noted above, 55,000 on the '05 and so far 43,354 on the '09 with more to come. It is not my primary rider, but the one that puts the biggest smile on my face every time it leaves the stable.
