I'm thinking about putting an Arlen Ness style fairing on the front of my blast.

But....

I like the naked look without a fairing as well.

So the question is are there any similar style fairings that y'all have on your blasts? I love the single round headlight; I'd want something that worked with that.

Also if I decided to keep it naked, what should I do to protect all the wires and all behind the light?

Thanks,
Caleb

edit: Just to clarify wind isn't a problem for my riding. I rarely go above 45mph. So I'm not looking for some big Givi type windscreen. Also I'm trying to stay more cruiser with the look instead of sport bike.

Seen that once, printed the picture just so I could burn it - sigh, the beginning archives of our pictures section has 1 copy - lol - stay naked - it's cooler!

Choose what you like if you're really only going to do 45mph. Above that its personal choice as the wind will hit each different rider in different areas potentially making it a very uncomfortable ride. Conversely some wont ride without a fairing as they dont like the wind (or bugs) in their face. I prefer nothing naked. But on the race track or on long rides they can be very beneficial. But I hate anything that blocks my vision.
Most would have the stock flyscreen followed by the factory accessory windshield. Not much else is straight bolt on. But since many single round headlights are the same dimension, its easy to fit a matching round one. Decide what you want it to do or how you want it to look.
.....and naked is cooler, in more ways than one! But if the temps go above 110F, a windscreen can actually shield you from the heat!

Lol thanks for the input. I think I'm just going to stay naked, and maybe wrap, and tie down the wires to keep them from blowing around to much.

I may take some old wire and make a stone guard on it. If it looks good pictures will follow. If it doesn't I'll just say it looks good lol.

Thanks for the picture ... windshield looks awfully big on the little Blast! ... makes it look like a scooter ... maybe I could find a damaged one and cut it way down ...

Erik ... you are really in Montana ??? I made it up to Gardener a couple years ago ... didn't see you around anywhere ...

I have a smaller Givi a210 that needs a new home:

I ran it on my M2 for a bit. Little improvement over stock.

Should have hardware with it. If so, yes it would fit a Blast.

Yes, with a slight modification to the headlight bracket (from what I remember). The two tabs that hold the stock windscreen are in the way so could bend them or cut off. I was going to use a 2nd set of headlight brackets, probably from a M2 but wife sold the Blast.

Here are some larger, better pictures so you can see where it mounts to the headlight:

Can see more pics online by searching Google with "givi a210" and click on images.

It was an improvement over my stock M2 windscreen but at 6'2" I wanted a little more. About to order a 3rd Givi actually.

Will have to reach the box in the garage but I know where it is and can take pictures later this week/end.
