engine turns over in neutral intermittently then the start just clicks. in gear the bike jerks forward when pressing the starter which leads be to believe the clutch is all the way in engaged and wont budge. any other problems im not considering? |

Concur. Put it in neutral. 'Harley' products should never be started in gear when cold. The clutch will usually drag...a lot. You might get away with this when its hot, but not when its cold. You will also have a lot of trouble pushing the bike too, in gear, with the clutch pulled in. |
